Larger congresses typically maintain a downloads section for exhibitors and sponsors, with the practical paperwork needed to actually participate — service order forms, freight and shipping documentation, invoice templates, and similar logistics materials.

Having these centralized in one place saves a lot of back-and-forth between exhibitors and the congress’s logistics team, since much of what’s needed to plan a booth or shipment is standardized across exhibitors rather than requiring individual requests.

Documents in a section like this are usually available in the format most useful for the task at hand — fillable forms for order requests, reference documents for shipping and customs requirements, and templates for compliance paperwork that a company’s own logistics or events team can hand off internally.
