Registration cancellation policy:
• Delegates cancelling before July 31st, 2013 will receive a refund minus a 50€ administration fee.
• No refunds can be made for cancellations from August 1st, 2013.

Cancellation and/ or modification policies:
Any cancellation or change must be notified to Barceló Congresos by written form. Please note that any refunds will be processed after the congress.
• In the event of cancellation before April 1st, 2013 the deposit will be refunded.
• In the event of cancellation between April 2nd and August 1st, 2013 one night will be charged as the penalty fee.
• In the event of cancellation / reductions in the number of nights from August 2nd, 2013 or no-show, the entire booking period will be charged.
